Synchronize Google Calendar Odoo là gì?

Synchronize Google Calendar Odoo là việc đồng bộ giữa lịch trong Google Calendar và Calendar trong Odoo. Việc đồng bộ giúp cho Odoo trở nên linh động hơn, thao tác dễ dàng thuận tiện hơn với người dùng. Việc đồng bộ sẽ đồng bộ các event trong Calendar Odoo và Event trên Google Calendar

Trong bài viết trước mình đã hướng dẫn cài đặt Google Search, Google Analytics và Google reCaptcha. Trong bài viết này, mình sẽ tiếp tục hướng dẫn cách đồng bộ giữa Google Calendar và Calendar trong Odoo. Bài viết này được mình sử dụng trên Odoo 8, trên Odoo 9 có đôi chút khác biệt về vị trí các menu trong giao diện nhưng cách thực hiện tượng tự, các bạn có thể sử dụng tương tự với Odoo 9

Hướng dẫn thực hiện.

1. Đăng ký để lấy Key Google.

Đăng nhập tài khoản Gmail và vào đường dẫn https://console.cloud.google.com

Giao diện khi vào đường dẫn trên

Click Credentials -> Create credentials -> OAuth client ID.

Chọn Web application -> Type Name -> Type Authorized JavaScript origins ->Type Authorized redirect URIs ->Create.

Bạn có được Client ID và Client secret

2. Cài đặt trên Odoo.

Cài đặt Module google_calendar

Bạn có thể download module tại đây.

Odoo application -> Settings -> Configuration -> General Settings -> Google Calendar -> Fill out Client ID and Client secret -> Click Apply

Click Apply

3. Sử dụng.

Messaging menu -> Organizer -> Calendar

Click Day -> Type Name Event Click Create event -> Click Sync with Google
